Nature walks are a known wellbeing promoter.

In fact, if you can spend at least 120 minutes per week in nature, there are measurable health and mental health benefits.

With that in mind we present the Oasis Forest Walks 🌴🌲🌳

On the Bedford Park campus, we have access to scrub and pine forest land that makes for excellent walks and opportunities to connect with nature to enhance our wellbeing.

Join Chaplain Dave ⛪ to explore this beautiful wilderness on our doorstop.

Forest walk dates for Semester 1 are as follows:

  • 20th March
  • 24th April
  • 8th May
  • 5th June

Walks go from 11am to 12pm

Please ensure you wear appropriate closed footwear, appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle.

Meet at Oasis to leave via the Garden entrance.
